簡介
MK3000酶聯(lián)免疫分析儀（酶標儀），是對酶聯(lián)免疫檢測（EAL）實驗結(jié)果進行讀取和分析的專業(yè)儀器。酶聯(lián)免疫反應通過偶聯(lián)在抗原或抗體上的酶催化顯色底物進行的，反應結(jié)果以顏色顯示，通過吸光度值的大小就可以判斷標本中待測抗體或抗原的濃度，吸光度，陰陽性等。
本產(chǎn)品廣泛的應用在生物學、農(nóng)業(yè)科學、食品和環(huán)境科學的應用研究中，特別在近幾年中，由于大量的酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒的應用，使得酶標儀的應用越來越廣泛。

Introduction
MK3000 Microplate
Reader is a professional instrument for reading and analyzing the results of
enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(EAL).The enzyme-linked immunosorbent reaction
is carried out by an enzyme-catalyzed chromogenic substrate coupled to an
antigen or antibody. The reaction result is displayed in color. The
concentration of the antibody or antigen to be tested in the sample can be
judged by the absorbance value, absorbance, negative and positive,etc.
